It all began at the 25th Kate Wolfe festival! "Concerts for life & protectors of water ."

Yes, our quest to save redwood forests began at the final Kate Wolfe music festival in June and July of 2022.

Amazing musicians came from all over (see photos of the musicians here: https://katewolfmusicfestival.com/2022-lineup/ ) and the thousands in attendance all mourned when the US supreme court took away US women's right to reproductive choice during the festivities. Environmentalists, earth firsters, and random tree huggers were all singing along to great music in the oppressive heat broken only by water in the nearby river and available from cleverly positioned misting stations.

Many thanks to Wavy Gravy, Black Oak Ranch, and the entire crew of volunteers, organizers, food venders, audience, and artists that made it all possible. Happy trails to you all!
